If you know your Burning Desire … then double your income, or more, using it.

If you do NOT know your Burning Desire… then find it so that you can make double your income, or more.

How do you create educational products? It’s easy. First you must get content. There are three ways to get content:

The error that most people make is fearing to do what they love.

People who are already in a job or business think that at least there is income to put food on the table and a roof over the head. True. But, on your death bed, do you really want people around you commenting on that your life was about food and roofs? I do not think so.

Refer to the lives of anyone you respect. Gandhi. Michelangelo. Picasso. JFK. Nelson Mandela. Think of these lives. Were their lives about food and shelter? NO. Their lives were about service. Their lives were about doing only what they loved.

OK, so maybe you and I will never become historical icons … but our lives can still be about making a difference on a smaller scale and our lives can be about doing what we love so that we feel fulfilled.

Frank Lloyd Wright, the greatest architect since Michelangelo hundreds of years ago, on his 80th birthday was asked: “What is the most important building you’ve designed?”. He replied: “My next one”. Obama Peace Prize – Learning How to Make Money Using This Lesson

You can double your income as soon as you learn the lesson of this powerful world event. Let me explain …

You know that US President Barack Obama won the Nobel Peace Prize in October 2009. That’s good for him and for his political career. It’s good for the world as a symbol, as an icon of breaking through barriers.

But, what lesson is there for you so that you can thrive financially? What lesson is there in this event to show you a path to double your income?

There are two lessons.

The first lesson is called “OVERCOME YOUR OBSTACLES”.

Obama had huge obstacles to overcome. Kennedy was the first Roman Catholic US President and, though it does not seem like a big obstacle these days, it was then. Bill Clinton fought against what seemed like certain impeachment. And Obama had to fight the double obstacle that firstly Hillary Clinton seemed to be the Democratic Party’s certain choice and that secondly he was black. Yet he did indeed overcome these double obstacles and succeed. His rewards? Well, he is now the President of USA; he’s the most powerful man on earth; and he is now also a Nobel Laureate. Overcome obstacles and giant success awaits you.

The second lesson falls within the realm of “TREND MARKETING”.

On the day that the announcement was made of Obama’s Peace Prize, Google logged millions of searches related to this event. So how can you profit? What you do is create some ‘bridge’ between Obama’s win and your product or service. What could you do? Well, if you are a dentist, Dr. Good-Tooth in Miami for example, you could mount a blog post on your blog that says something funny like “Dr. Good-Tooth’s Win of the Most Wonderful Miami Dentist Award Overshadows Obama’s Peace Prize Announcement”. Your blog will likely get thousands of hits that day instead of its usual number. Get the point? Use the huge traffic that the world event will create on Google searches to drive traffic to your blog post, for your own financial and entrepreneurial benefit.

Twitter Lists – Learning to Make Money Using This New Feature

The fastest growing website of all time — Twitter — has just unleashed a new option: Lists. How do they work? How can you make money using Twitter Lists?

The truth is that no one really knows yet because the option is just days old. But, there is one great idea for sure and that is to open some Lists and begin playing with this new facility.

For example, if you have a Twitter account dedicated to gardening enthusiasts, then you may want to open Lists called “roses” and “tulips” and “perennials”. Then, tweet about your specialized Lists to encourage your followers to join the List of their greatest interest. In this way you will automatically be categorizing your followers and thereby achieve two great money-making goals:

1.. KNOW YOUR CLIENTS’ INTERESTS
For example, if there is suddenly a large influx of followers joining your “roses” List and very few joining your “tulips” List, then you have received valuable market feedback that you should create educational products, special reports, etc. related to roses and not tulips.

2.. MAKE OFFERS TARGETED MORE DIRECTLY
As your followers are now segmented, you can make offerings related to roses to those on your roses List and offerings related to tulips to those on your tulips List. This is very effective.

When you can categorize your prospects and make effective targeted offerings, you can easily increase your online income and work towards doubling your income using Twitter Lists.

So, here are my recommendations:
… open some Lists on your Twitter account and tweet about your Lists to encourage your followers to join the one of their greatest interest.
… delete Lists of little interest and keep experimenting with new ones to eventually have a lot of Lists with excitement in each one
… check occasionally on You Tube to find educational videos on Twitter Lists to learn more and more.

Twitter Lists – Marketing Advantage For You is Huge

There has been a big feedback from Twitter users to the Twitter Head Office that users want a way to organize their followers. Why do they want to segment their followers? Big players want to earn more money and small players want to make the social website more useful. Let me explain both.

Small users want to be able to have a List called “family and friends” and maybe another called “clients and prospects” and maybe another called “soccer fans” or some other hobby or sport. They have only a few hundred followers and they know every one of them and List segmentation would be very helpful.

Big players with thousands of followers want to effectively sell better. So, a Realtor may open Lists called “Buyers” and “Sellers” and “Investment Opportunities” and “Condos” for example. Big players have so many followers that they do not actually knew their followers so they would need to tweet to encourage their followers to join the List of their choice and interest.

Try it. Open some Lists and see who joins. See what you learn. Check every so often online for free downloads of Special Reports on “Making Money With Twitter Lists”. By the way, a Google search turned up absolutely zero search results as of the writing of this article. But, soon there will be lots of hits.

The lists you create are linked from your profile. That means you are able to find interesting Lists that others have created. I predict that this will turn out to be a great way to find new people of interest to invite to follow you. At the moment, Twitter seems to be allowing you to subscribe to other people’s lists and others can subscribe to yours.

Google Wave – A Revolution in the Translation of Languages

Google is about to unleash a startling advance in online communication that will revolutionize email. Just one of the amazing features of this new service, expected to be released later in 2009, is translation. Is it translation English to French and French to English? Yes, in a tiny part. Actually it is translation from any one of 40 languages to any one of those same 40 languages. That’s an achievement in itself. But, that’s not what I’m so amazed at.

This translation feature does not just look at the words, it senses the context of the meaning of the sentence in order to propose its translation. OK, maybe you are not totally blown away yet. I know why. Because I have not unveiled the real big feature of this translation service. The big feature is that the translation is in real time, as you type each keystroke. I saw a sneak preview of this translation service and it was a thing of beauty to behold.

For the English to French translation, the typist was beginning the message with “H – e – l” and the service had already posted the translation of “Bonjour” because it sensed that the most likely word beginning with the three letters h, e and l was probably “hello” especially as the first word of the message. So Google had completed the translation before the typist had completed her first word.

If that were incorrect, for example, because the first English word were actually “Helium”, then the translator simply pops out the word “Bonjour” and pops in the correct word, as it learns from each new keystroke. It was a joy to watch the words, in the translated language, pop in and out and eventually settle down to the correct meaning. English and French are from the same source. But, I saw the same wizardry for translation from Hebrew to English and from Chinese to English. It truly is a huge advance in communication.

Facebook Or Twitter – Social Networking War is On

Facebook started first and is much larger. Twitter started later but is growing faster.

Facebook allows lengthy communications. Twitter is restricted to 140 characters.

Facebook allows articles and photo albums and videos and surveys. Twitter allows a photo attachment.

On the surface, it would seem that Facebook is bigger and better. But, the truth is only that it is bigger. The very reason that it appears better is paradoxically why it is worse. Let me explain. Allowing long communications and photo albums and videos and survey and lots of other options is one of Facebook’s difficulties. Firstly, there is the learning curve as to how to handle and organize all these options. Secondly, there is just way too much clutter in the world today and simplicity is Twitter’s huge ace.

Twitter is growing faster than any website ever because of its disarming simplicity. Who would have ever known that brief 140-character snippets would be of such interest and would be such a refreshing change from lengthy communications offered by Facebook or email.

But the final clue as to which would win came with Facebook’s Fan Pages and Twitter’s brand new Lists. Facebook makes Fan Pages very hard to find and is not strongly encouraging its use. Actually Facebook perceives that it should only be used by big players like movie stars, famous singers, etc. Twitter is soon to unleash its Lists and is making it really easy to open Lists and invite people to join them and to find other Lists of interest, etc.

Twitter will win the Social Networking War over Facebook and the newest proof is how they each handled their latest offering: Fan Pages and Lists. I’m betting on Twitter.
